As the Legal Director and Principal Representative, Devon brings over a decade of dedicated experience in the Social Security Disability field. His commitment to advocating for those most in need is the cornerstone of his career-a passion that took root during law school while serving as a Student Certified Attorney for the Public Defender’s office in Chaska, MN and volunteering for the Innocence Project of Minnesota. Devon has gained a diverse legal perspective through positions in the fields of personal injury, child advocacy, and criminal defense.  However, it was upon joining Premier Disability Services in 2012 that he truly found his calling: helping disabled Americans secure the benefits they rightfully deserve. Devon’s experience has taught him how important having an experienced representative can be to obtaining a favorable outcome in the Social Security Disability process.  He is honored to use his legal background and deep seated passion for advocacy to help guide our clients’ cases through this complicated process.

Josh joined Premier in March 2017 and immediately recognized the profound human element behind every case file. During his first month, he worked closely with a client and his wife who were facing severe financial hardship while navigating the disability application process. When the claim was successfully awarded a few months later, the family’s overwhelming gratitude left a lasting impression on Josh. That experience transformed his career path, fueling a deep understanding of how vital these benefits are to the lives of the people Premier serves. Driven by this mission, Josh’s dedication and expertise earned him the quick respect of his colleagues. His commitment to excellence led to his promotion to Director of the Pre-Hearing Case Management department just four years into his tenure. Today, he leads his team with the same empathy and urgency he felt on his very first case, ensuring that every client receives the high-level advocacy they deserve. A firm believer in community and the outdoors, Josh spends his time outside the office coaching sports camps for elementary-aged children. He is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing along the North Shore.
