This is a great place to get your disability claim approved even if it was denied after reconsideration. They have very good attorneys they know what they’re doing. You must call them when you have any changes to your medical history and doctors. They were prepared at my hearing they had over 1,800 pages of medical documents to present at my hearing. My hearing was less than 20 minutes on the phone. And a judge found me fully favorable by the end of the hearing and gave me a bench decision. The folks from Premier were up front about everything from the jump. They explained the process to me in a way anyone would understand. It took about 12 or 13 months from start to finish and I received paperwork from SSA occasionally that I had to fill out and sign, but overall the process was painless. I was approved and Premier was right there to advise on what followed. I’m a pretty critical person but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Premier.

When I applied for disability I had a lot of questions… They were able to answer every question very honestly and walked me through the whole process. Premier Disability is one of the most reliable & trusted in legal representation for anything to do with Social Security. When I first tried to apply I was told my birthday was wrong and I needed to call in to speak to someone. That never happened because I couldn’t get through. Premier Disability takes all that stress away. I have needed them for over a year now. So when my application was eventually denied, AS ALMOST ALL FIRST TIME APPLICANTS ARE, I reached out to Premier Disability and they said ok here’s what we’re going to do…. File an appeal while I have you on the phone. While I was on the phone i received an email which was an electronic signature authorizing Premier Disability to ck on my claim for me. They followed my claim through the denial, appeal & through the reconsideration. THANK YOU PREMIER DISABILITY for not allowing me to fail. I’m still waiting on a final outcome in applying for expedited payments to my claim since I’ve fallen into such extreme hardship, including the loss of my home after 10 years, but I know Premier Disability will stay with me until everything is taken care of.

I am surprisingly very happy with Premier Disability. I came in with low expectations given that they were out of state and probably very busy. I have never had any issues calling them and not getting a hold of someone as well as they send me regular email “check in” on my case and explain what step we are in. I am already in my final phase of my case and I just contacted them 7 weeks ago. Very happy.

. With as simple as a phone call or two spoke to the lawyer prior to the hearing that was held on phone it finally was approved. Initial application March 20 20 approval January 20 24 first check received August 24 my guess is if I had called an attorney the first time Based on my award I lost over $100,000 of award I would recommend using their service
