As you, I was forced to face the reality that my health excluded me from going back to work. I knew I needed legal representation, but I did not know where to start? I started to research my options locally and nationally. I finally had a short list of three legal firms and Premier Disability was one of them.

Premier Disability Services made the process of applying for benefits easy. They did all the work and took the stress off me trying to do the application myself, getting all the information rounded up and making sure that information got to the right party. Highly recommend! They’re a great firm with lots of clientele so you have to be patient with them but just know they have your back. 2 years and 4 months for me because they couldn’t figure out what all was wrong with me I just knew I had a lot of pain all over my body especially in my neck and lower back, very cloudy thinking I couldn’t remember anything for 2 seconds! I finally changed doctors and went to some specialists and found out that I had a parathyroid gland that was eight times its size and it was causing all the calcium in my body to go out and not be absorbed. On top of that COPD, osteoarthritis, myalgia, fibromyalgia and another form of myalgia that I can’t remember the exact pronunciation! Premier disability got me everything I was owed helped me with my medicare and we’re there for me through the entire process I am very grateful I hired them.

I am battling cancer. One of my daughters contacted Premier hoping I would get disability because my insurance dropped me. Premier did all the work!! Good people who made it easy for me. It was so much less stressful than having to battle SOC SEC on my.own. it was frustrating at times and I’m still not happy with my monthly SOC sec non disability payment, but the disability at least allows me to have a place to live. Navigating the system takes a lot of patience to get through the process. They helped me big time! Good people!

After my third shoulder surgery, and probably a 4th maybe 5th surgery, I knew I would not be able to return to my job. I have enough arthritis that any job wasn’t looking good.
