I found Premier Disability through my email in September of 2017. I decided to answer the questions to see if my health issues would qualify me for Social Security Disability. Through these 15 months, Premier Disability went to bat for me and handled all my paperwork, using the info I gave them. I had to do very little to get my approval accomplished, thanks to Thomas Kline, Eric, Mary Ann and others at the company. They were always there to answer my questions via phone, mail and email.

I was contacted by Premier to see if I qualified for Social Security Disability since I had not worked in some time due to health issues and at that time not eligible for SS Retirement. Of course I had to fill out a bit of paperwork and get my General Physician to sign off on necessary papers. There was very little contact between Premier and myself overall. I personally felt that I would not qualify. They did call a couple of times when SS wanted more and/or detailed information. In the end I won my case and was awarded SS Disability largely due to the efforts of Premier. The times I did speak with a rep from Premier they were very courteous, extremely helpful and answered every question honestly. I would recommend Premier Disability Services to anyone who even remotely feels they may qualify. No money out-of-pocket, they take their share when I got mine. Had I lost I would owe nothing. Premier Disability Services were great in helping get my initial application filed and every step of the process they assisted me to get the proper forms, information and paperwork to the proper people/departments. My case was completed within 6 months of first filing. That was a great relief. Premier is great. I had been denied disability 2x on my Owen and came across an ad on face book and answered the questions. Within five minutes my phone rang and it was Premier Disability. I was asked to tell them about my problems, when I was done I was told I had a case. The the only thing I had to do was sign papers and send them where I was told to. They would call every 2 months to check on me and to update meds, doctors and any tests I might of had done so they could obtain my records.
After being decided about 5 times in 1 year they requested a hearing with a judge. About 2 weeks before my court date I received a call from one of their lawyers and on court date we met, she explained what was going to happen. It went just the way she said.
I am now waiting to hear from Social Security about my settlement I was awarded.
If it wasn’t for Premier Disability Services I would have let go and never reapplied.
