Going through Premier Disability was so much easier than trying to get SSI on my own. They took care of everything for me. After my SSA interview on the phone, I was approved in a couple of months. I felt like I was eligible for disability, but didn’t know how to even start an application. I saw an ad for Premier Disability Services and filled out a short form. Within an hour they called and set up an interview time. From then on they took care of all the contacts, unless my personal attention was required (including forms and stamped envelopes). Most people say it takes 2 yrs to qualify for disability. Within 5 months I was approved and receiving a check. Yes, I am pleased with their service!

They were real people who talked to you and not down to you. When I would call the receptionist would answer my question if she could or get the answer or get someone who can. Never put me on hold for long or have someone call me back depending what time I called that day or the next. They would keep me posted by email or by mail.

I found Premier Disability Services on the internet. They were quick to respond to my inquiry seeking Disability. They asked a few quick questions to determine my case and got back to me within a couple of days to let me know they felt I had a case. They sent me all the forms needed to get the process going and instructed me in what I needed to do. I was found disabled by the Social Security Department within 4 months.

The process was quick and simple as possible. Didn’t get too many call backs but every conversation attempted was informational. I’m very happy with the service and outcome for help.

Premier Disability promised professionalism, said they would get everything done without having to call me every other day. I would get an email stating what the next step would be, and in a incredibly short time I was receiving my disability. Most firms take two to three times to get approval. They did it the first time around. I have personally recommended Premier Disability to fifty plus individuals.

My family and I had a very positive experience with Premier Disability Services. My aunt had a tremendous need for help as she was newly diagnosed as disabled and Premier successfully led the way through the otherwise overwhelming application process. We had approval in about six months. Our only concern was that initially they put her disability benefits on some sort of debit/credit card rather than in her bank account and it took a little while to get that worked out. Otherwise, we were very happy with the service and respectful attitudes of those we worked with.

Premier disability is a great company.. majority of the employees are friendly and professional. I first heard about them in 2015 , when I got injured again and couldn’t work in 2019 they have been there to help with my disability. Only thing I don’t like is in 2015 I had one person who I was talking to, in 2019 I had a team that would answer questions. But I had to contact them to get any updates. As of right now I’m waiting on backpay. Overall I’m very happy with them.
