I am surprisingly very happy with Premier Disability. I came in with low expectations given that they were out of state and probably very busy. I have never had any issues calling them and not getting a hold of someone as well as they send me regular email “check in” on my case and explain what step we are in. I am already in my final phase of my case and I just contacted them 7 weeks ago. Very happy.

You hear horror stories in regards to receiving S.S.D.I. Payments, that it takes years for the Administration to even hear your case?
Not with Premier Disability Services, LLC! My case took only 3 months. And it never went to court. In fact, it never left the desk of the Social Security Administration offices, they apparently approved right away. The only payment you make for their legal service is a small percentage from your back pay that you receive retroactively from your benefits that they make you wait for /typically 5 months. So, if you qualify for benefits give them a call and let the experts handle it. Totally worth not have that stress in your life.

Premier Disability was key in getting my claim approved. This was my “third time’s a charm”! My prior two claims were denied. I had done them on my own and in hindsight had missed quite a few things that were very important in having my claim approved. Thanks to PD, my third claim went through and was approved without any hassle or question. I received my Disability between 3 and four months which is unheard of.
